The May 2025 housing market across Franklin, Hart, and Stephens counties saw a decline in several key areas. Sales volume totaled $29,768,260, down 17.9% from last year, and units sold dropped 15.2%. The median sales price was $272,450, a 6.9% decrease from May 2024. New listings fell 10.7% to 159, while active listings increased 17.0% to 399. Compared to April, sales volume declined 15.1%, units sold dropped 15.2%, and the median price decreased by 6.4%.
