The Atlanta REALTORS® looks for dedicated professionals to direct our great organization to its full potential.
What is the ARA Emerging Leaders Program?
The ARA Emerging Leaders Program is designed to train and develop selected members who wish to take a more active role in the Atlanta REALTORS® Association. This is an incredible opportunity for forward-thinking professionals to explore association management, business development, and real estate industry advancement.
Who Should Apply?
Whether you are a senior-level leader, new to a leadership position, or in a role where you want to make a difference in your community and profession, this program will help you prepare to lead real estate into the future.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be an Atlanta REALTOR® member and remain one throughout the program.
- Must have at least 1 year of licensure and a minimum of 10 closed or leased transactions (or be in a position to oversee these transactions).
Important Dates
- Deadline Extended to Midnight on Sunday, November 17th!
- A letter of recommendation and managing broker’s verification of transactions must be submitted by this deadline.
