ARA Market Brief, a monthly home sales report from the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, is a research database providing a monthly report of home sales, home prices and foreclosures in the metro Atlanta area. The report covers 11 counties: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Paulding and Rockdale. The ARA Market Brief, now compiled by First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), provides the only regionally-focused synopsis of monthly sales and home prices for single family residential properties.
