In February 2025, Bartow and Gordon counties continued to see changes in the housing market compared to the previous year.
Bartow County: Home sales increased by 18% to 118 units, while the median sales price remained steady at $336,000. The average sales price declined by 6.9% to $371,000. Active listings grew by 48.6%, and new listings increased by 12.7%, further expanding available inventory. The month’s supply of inventory rose by 45.5% to 3.16 months, giving buyers more options in the market.
Gordon County: Home sales held steady at 33 units, while the median sales price rose 3.9% to $265,000. The average sales price declined 9% to $266,500. Active listings increased by 54.8%, but new listings fell by 10.9%, indicating a slowdown in seller activity. The month’s supply of inventory expanded by 71.2% over the previous year to 3.86 months, creating more opportunities for buyers.
