ACBR Approves Kimberly Scott to Serve on Atlanta’s Technical Advisory Committee

During the April Board of Directors meeting, board members approved a recommendation from the ACBR Government Affairs and RPAC Committee to appoint Kim Scott to serve as ACBR’s representative on Atlanta's Technical Advisory Committee. Kim is President of Intown Realty, LLC and replaces Rod Mullice with Air Realty Brokerage, LLC. Rod served as ACBR’s representative for 6.5 years.

Ms. Scott has over 18 years of technical and business experience in the environmental / civil engineering and real estate development fields. Use this link to learn more about Ms. Scott.

The purpose of the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) is to provide advice and counsel to the Mayor, the Commissioner of Planning and Community Development and the Director of Office of Buildings on service levels, procedures, fees and staffing, along with providing insight into the permitting process and monitoring revenues and expenses for the Office of Buildings Enterprise Fund.
