How do I become a Member?
The Atlanta REALTORS® has 3 different memberships: REALTOR® (person holding an active real estate or appraisal license), REALTOR Emeritus® (40+ years of REALTOR® membership) and Affiliate (non-licensed individual). For more information on membership types and fees, click here.
To become a member, you will need to complete an application and pay the appropriate membership fees. Additionally, REALTORS® must complete (2) new member training requirements within 6 months. For more information, click here.
How do I complete an Application?
You have 2 ways to submit your application:
Online - Please use the online application link to the right to apply for membership.

When mailing an application, don’t forget to select your preferred payment method, complete the payment information, include payment, and to sign the application. The application cannot be processed without this information.
Inside the subsequent welcome email, confirming your acceptance, is information regarding your New Member Requirements. Also included is your login information to register for an upcoming Orientation session.
