Bartow County:
Home sales jumped 17.1% from last year, with 144 single-family homes sold. The median sales price declined to $335,000, and the average price dipped 7.8% to $380,500. Inventory remained strong with 465 active listings—up 53.0% year-over-year. New listings totaled 230, marking a 28.5% increase. Months’ supply rose to 4.0, signaling continued improvements in market balance.

Gordon County:
Sales fell 14.3% year-over-year, with 36 homes sold. The median sales price inched up month-over-month to $284,000, though it was down slightly from last year. The average sales price landed at $289,500, showing a significant annual decrease. Active listings edged up to 167, and months’ supply rose to 4.1. However, new listings dropped to 68, reflecting a tighter flow of fresh inventory.
