If you want to be involved in the management or operations of a Community Association, this comprehensive course is for you! Learn the principles of agency & brokerage as well as a detailed analysis of maintenance, budgeting, rule enforcement, and much more. This Postlicense Series includes 8 courses and satisfies the 1st year agent postlicense course requirement.

This course can be taken as a 24-hour CE series toward your real estate license, to satisfy the CAM pre-license course requirement, or to fulfill post-license requirements. Please be sure to register for the appropriate class to receive the correct credit.

Your class information and Zoom link will be sent to you after registration, prior to class.

Requirements for participating in a virtual class:

• Your device must have a video webcam, microphone, and speakers. (You are required to enable video so that we can monitor attendance.)
• You need to set up a free Zoom account prior to the class. (Your free 40-minute account will allow you easy access to our ZOOM Classroom account.)
• You are expected to attend the entire class session (except during the 15-minute break) just as if you were sitting in a classroom.

A Textbook is REQUIRED for this class. PLEASE come by the Atlanta REALTORS® Center to pick them up during regular business hours or CALL us to make arrangements to have them shipped.
