Not only does this course provide 18 Hours of BROKER CE towards your real estate license, but it also provides tailored information for aspiring and active brokers. This series equips you with essential tools to lead, train, and grow a successful real estate firm.
From mastering trust account management and drafting office policies to launching your own brokerage and attracting mission-aligned agents, each course delivers practical guidance for real-world challenges. You'll also strengthen your understanding of advertising compliance and develop effective agent training strategies that reduce risk and enhance performance. Whether you're refining your brokerage operations or preparing to open your doors, this series delivers the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed.
**THIS CLASS WILL TAKE PLACE IN PERSON**
This series consists of 6 classes that will meet the 18 hours of BROKER CE.
Please Note: If you have previously taken a class in this course, the Georgia Real Estate Commission requires 366 days before you can receive credit.

Jamie Lyons, a partner with Lazega & Johanson, is a veteran Community Association Attorney. Licensed in 1994 as an instructor of the Georgia Real Estate Commission, Jamie has taught the Community Association Management pre-licensing course since its inception in 1996 and has received awards for her excellent programs. Jamie also regularly teaches for the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and her law firm’s school about timely topics in the community association and real estate industries.
