May 21, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has certainly been a challenge for all of us, both personally and professionally and yet, we do see silver linings. Manny Recinos, 2020 Vice President of NAHREP Atlanta Chapter and Atlanta REALTOR®, shares what he has learned during quarantine!

We ask you to share your story with us and let us know what you have learned during quarantine ... new skills, personal revelations ... whatever has made this time a period of growth for you. Thank you for taking the time to 'Share Your Voice' with fellow Atlanta REALTORS®!

Hello. My name is Manny Recinos.

I am an agent and Vice President of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals here in Atlanta.

I am also a proud member of the Atlanta Realtors Association.

During this quarantine we have had to change our habits.

Things that seemed so easy like accepting new clients and showing homes are now a bit harder.

What I’ve found is that through technology like computers, virtual conferences, videos directly addressing my clients. I feel even closer and more connected than ever before.

Let's remember that during these times, even if we have to explore new alternatives and at times feel defeated. We can still accomplish our goals.

We can still be those professional Realtors that we always have been.

I'd love to hear from you. Share your story and how you’re overcoming those barriers in todays market.

Take care everyone.
