  • Average sales price: $535,500 (27.2% increase)
  • Total active listings: 303 (36.7% decrease)
  • New listings: 304 (8.7% decrease)
  • Month’s Supply: 0.7 (34.4% decrease)

  • Total single family home sales: 58 (26.1% increase)
  • Median sales price: $422,000 (47.3% increase)
  • Average sales price: $595,000 (54.7% increase)
  • Total active listings: 83 (no change)
  • New listings: 52 (44.4% increase)
  • Month’s Supply: 1.4 (2.8% increase)
