Randall “Randy” McMichael co-founded McMichael & Gray, PC in 2006. Prior to co-founding the firm, Randy was the marketing and managing attorney for Trey Inman & Associates, PC (2004-2006). He is the firm’s managing partner and heads the firm’s builder and resale divisions. Randy represents developers, builders, lenders, and real estate brokers with their real estate and legal needs.
Randy is an active member of Perimeter Presbyterian Church, State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, Mortgage Broker’s Association of Georgia, Homebuilder’s Association of Georgia, Atlanta Realtor Association and Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.
From 2015-2018, under Randy’s leadership, McMichael & Gray, PC was recognized by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the top 100 fastest growing businesses in Atlanta, Gwinnett Magazine’s 2014-2018 Best of Gwinnett “Best Real Estate Attorneys”, and as a First American Top Ten Agent, ranking number two.
In 1999, Randy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in 2003.
Outside of the legal profession, Randy enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, playing golf, fishing, and outdoor activities.
Maya Pierce is the owner of Wealth of Knowledge Enterprises (WOKE), an Atlanta based firm providing Tax, Finance, and Real Estate services for individuals and small businesses. Her goal and passion is to educate, motivate, and inspire clients to build wealth, utilizing these three areas as the tools to do so.
Prior to starting WOKE, Maya spent 11 years at General Electric. She began as an intern in college, and went on to graduate from their Financial Management Program. Over the years she has held many roles throughout their finance organization. Upon her departure she was the Global Financial Systems Conversion Leader for GE Power.
In her spare time, Maya is involved in numerous community and professional activities. She is a board member of The Harvard Debate Council Diversity Project and RAMP Global Missions. She is an avid traveler, lover of sports, and a self proclaimed foodie.
Maya received her B.A Economics with a minor in Management & Organization from Spelman College.
A Vice President with Fidelity Bank at Perimeter Center, Bill is a recent transplant from South Florida, where he spent the last 43 years. A Career Community Banker (since 1983), he has worked for only four institutions and has had experience in virtually every area of banking. His passions are community and relationship building. As such, he has been entrenched in his community serving in various capacities in several notable organizations. He was President of the Perrine-Cutler Ridge/Palmetto Bay Rotary Club from 2011-2012. He was also the past-President of the Cutler Bay Business Association. Other community posts include Treasurer of the Military Affairs Committee of Chamber South, Board Member of the Deering Estate at Cutler, Finance Committee Secretary for OLHR-St. Richard Church, President of the Barracuda Diamond Club and Sponsorship Chair for the Perrine Baseball and Softball Assn. He is a graduate of Barry University (Miami Shores), holding a BS in Finance/Economics.
Virtually all of Bill’s family has lived in the North Atlanta area since the early 80’s. His wife of 31 years, Rosemarie, is a career IT executive with a national insurance company. Their two sons live in Charlotte and Atlanta, respectively. One is a CPA with Coca Cola and the other is a Dog Trainer/Massage Therapist. Bill’s hobbies include classic domestic auto restoration/collection, baseball, golf, motorsports and watersports.
