Janie Coffey

Janie Coffey leverages almost three decades of experience in real estate, construction and development to expertly serve both residential and commercial buyers and sellers. Janie ranks in the top 250 agents in Florida, as currently identified by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal. She has been named among the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate by Inman News, was ranked as a top-ten agent in Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and was the number one agent during her tenure at First Coast Sotheby's International Realty.

As Executive Director of Sales representing Compass in Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, Janie leads her namesake Coffey Team, specializing in luxury, waterfront, historic and architecturally significant residential properties, equestrian properties, and boutique commercial properties.

Prior to joining Compass, Janie worked with the Sotheby's International Realty brand for eight years, most recently serving as the Director of Sales for First Coast Sotheby's International Realty in Northeast Florida, where she quickly became one of the firm's top producers. Previously, she was the Executive Vice President for ONE Sotheby's International Realty in South Florida, where she helped oversee the growth of one of the company's top affiliates. Janie has a BSBA Degree from the University of Richmond, which, combined with her experience, enables her to approach and analyze deals from a business-minded angle. Janie also relies on her licensure as a general contractor and 25 years of experience in the building industry to guide clients on projects ranging from new builds to historic renovations.

Janie is deeply passionate about historic and architecturally significant properties, helping clients navigate even the most complex processes relating to preservation practices, income tax credits, or adaptive reuse projects. Janie's family has lived in St. Augustine, Florida since 1574, making her a 15th-generation First Coaster. She grew up in Northern Virginia and lived in Washington, D.C., Germany and Miami before moving to Jacksonville. Janie is multi-lingual, speaking both German and English. Patrick Lilly

Patrick Lilly wears many hats: successful New York City real estate broker, educator, transformational life coach, speaker and world traveler. Curious by nature, Patrick likes to explore other ways of thinking, feeling, living and being, which ultimately allows him to serve his clients’ best interests.

Patrick has sold over 1,200 properties worth more than $1.35 billion worth of property in his 34 year career.

This strong sales success has resulted in many national honors, most notably the Keller Williams Pinnacle Award which is presented to just 20 exceptional agents across all North American firms. Additional distinctions include being named one of The Wall Street Journal’s Top 250 Agents in the nation and Inman’s 101 Most Influential Agents in North America. He was also featured in “The Billion Dollar Agent” by Steve Kantor.

Through his organization Real Estate Success Rocks, Patrick hosts an annual conference and a weekly podcast for agents. He is also the founder of Real Estate Vision (REV), an educational and networking group for top producing agents. Patrick is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars throughout the world. After completing his BS in Psychology and Mathematics from Missouri State University, Patrick earned an MBA in Marketing and International Business from New York University. Jere Metcalf

Jere Metcalf is a leading Atlanta real estate broker who offers results driven marketing concepts and broad market knowledge to her luxury residential client-base. Janet Whitworth

Asheville’s luxury real estate market is a lot like Asheville itself — soaring mountain views, hidden estates tucked away on winding roads, an eclectic blend of historical homes and modern mansions. But it also comes with a particular set of challenges and idiosyncrasies — it wouldn’t be Asheville without a few quirks, after all. Janet Whitworth understands these intricacies. She lives here; she was born here. Janet received her MBA from the University of South Florida, and after a successful career in corporate sales, she finally returned to her hometown in 2001. Since then, she’s seen Asheville grow from a tiny outpost to a thriving young city, sought after by professionals, creatives, and retirees alike.
